  • Developments & Technology – Are they followers or leaders?
  • Manufacturing Locations – Do you actually care where the product is made?  You should!
  • Accreditation Schemes – Look behind the scenes – with accreditation schemes, manufacturers will be ensuring that their phone systems, or the like, are installed correctly – meaning you won’t be complaining & telling others that this make is no good!
  • Awards & Recognition – By being aware that the industry thinks this manufacturing outfit sells better-than-average kit should fill you with more confidence!
  • History – By being cognisant of the history of the firm, you can see whether they are inspirational, or grinding to a halt or resting on their laurels.
