Samsung IDCS500
The Samsung iDCS500 was introduced into the European market in 2002 to replace the aging Samsung DCS. The Samsung iDCS500 with its ITM3 VoIP module allowed early voice-over-IP communications with other Samsung iDCS500 and Samsung iDCS100 sites.Â
Multi-chassis Samsung iDCS500 could grow up to about four hundred extensions per site so were excellent in hotel applications and HQ buildings. It was soon superseded by the OfficeServ 500 in late 2003. Last shipments took place in 2007 and technical support by Samsung will end in May 2012.
Telephone Systems Direct specialises in maintenance services for the Samsung iDCS500 across the UK.   Wherever you might be and are looking for somebody to look after your Samsung iDCS500, then do contact us.
