Samsung IDCS 100
The Samsung iDCS 100 was the natural successor to the Samsung DCS Compact II. The Samsung iDCS 100 was introduced in early 2003 and last sales of its predecessor (Compact-II) were made in that September.
A Samsung iDCS 100 was one of the new breed of telephony platforms that implemented voice-over-IP (VoIP) communications through the ITM module. At this time they were really tied to inter-site working and it wasn’t until the OfficeServ 100 materialised that pure IP over the LAN was achieved.
Telephone Systems Direct has in the order of fifty customers with Samsung iDCS 100
contracts. It is true that Samsung ceased shipments of the Samsung iDCS 100 in June 2007 and that technical support will cease in mid 2012.
TelephoneSystemsDirect is more than happy to provide ongoing maintenance services for customer sites with Samsung iDCS 100 for years to come.Â
