Call Recording

Call Recording is easy!  At TelephoneSystemsDirect we can supply you with a Call Recording application to enable you to record all inbound and outbound telephone conversations irrespective of Analogue, ISDN2 or ISDN30 line types.

Call Recording of single calls – simple! Providing you have any Samsung phone system we can set you up a Call Recording button to give you records of the conversation in progress whenever you press it.  Very useful for nuisance callers as you’ll be able to see who called and have a recording of what they said.  Obviously you’ll need to have voicemail installed to make this possible.  If you haven’t heard about the SVM or SVMi VM products they are SVM400, SVMi-2, SVMi-4, SVMi-8 and SVMi-20e.  They are fully featured so making voice-mail handling extremely straightforward.

So whether you have an older DCS or iDCS or a newer OfficeServ in your office, then adding Call Recording can be achieved without a great deal of fuss.
