Call Routing

After deregulation of British Telecoms monopoly in the early 1980’s it has been possible to have your call routing through a different organisation.
Call routing is the way in which a telephone call passes through the operator networks across the nation or globe.
Prior to the ISDN (integrated services digital network) call routing through the copper cabling physically connected the caller and the destination, and that was the only session using that connection.  The new technologies enabled multiple sessions through each network-link.  Voice and data communication is made in packets with address information to ensure it arrives at the right place. Each packet contains part of the conversation and is numbered so that it can be played back in the correct sequence at the other end.
Choosing the most appropriate Call Routing provider will save your business hundreds, or even thousands, of pounds per annum.
