To receive communication tech support direct from the manufacturer Telephone Systems Direct has had to invest heavily in inhouse processes and training for its staff.  Not all suppliers who install Samsung telephone systems to you are able to speak directly to the technical support team of the Korean electronics giant.

The communication tech support that we provide is biased towards our customers with an existing annual support agreement in place.  If they ring up with a problem we’ll initially try to sort it out over the phone and if that doesn’t resolve the situation, then a communication tech support engineer will be despatched to site to investigate with the parts likely to be required to fix it on the first visit.

Inevitably we do take calls for communication tech support from those without any agreements.  We will offer basic advice but will endeavour to persuade you that a support contract is not that expensive for the service you’ll be receiving.  Obviously we hope we’ll never be called upon for communication tech support, but just like an insurance policy, if you don’t have one, you’ll soon wish you did.
