Ideal Conference Room Phones are the OfficeServ keysets for clarity and the fact that they can be programmed to be barred from dialling premium rate or any other numbers, a security measure particularly if members of the public are left unattended in this area, meeting-rooms are the same. Conference Room Phones can be a POT (Plain Old Telephone) or a handset with an LCD, The screen give sprompts to the user and shows information; date & time, CLI and duration of calls made or taken. Failing that if you want to have a dedicated piece of conferencing equipment then the Polycom unit is what we would recommend.
