DCS programming can be performed for any of the DCS phone systems what were manufactured by the Korean Giant, Samsung. DCS pogramming can be purchased from Telephone Systems Direct as part of an Engineer site visit. These DCS programming visits normally cost £100 excluding VAT, so we would recommend that you make a list of any DCS programming changes that are required before we attend.

Our Engineers are fully trained in all aspects of DCS programming after successfully completing the necessary DCS training courses. Upon visiting your Organisation, a member of our Engineering Team will access your DCS PABX through your programming option. There are so many DCS programming issues that can be dealt with remotely depending on the nature of the issue. Certain DCS programming changes can be performed by dialling into your PBX through the modem.
