 The ds-5014s keyphone provides a clear thirty-two character liquid crystal display arranged in two rows of sixteen.  This enables the user to see who is calling them on the upper line while the reason for the call is shown below.  By tying a name to a DDI number, it is easy to present the identity of who the caller is trying to reach.

As the ds-5014s is our most popular seller we know how the programmable keys should be presented.  The top seven buttons are assigned to frequently used functions such as CALL1, CALL2, DIR, VMAIL, PICKUP while the bottom ones are set up for DSS showing the status of the chosen extensions – BUSY, ON HOLD, DND or just IDLE.
