The iDCS 100 is one of a range of phone PABXs designed and distributed by Samsung, the Korean Manufacturer. Unfortunately, the iDCS 100 has now been discontinued and is no longer manufactured. But don't worry, as Platinum Partners, we can still obtain all parts and accessories relating to the iDCS 100. By receiving this award, we must ensure that all iDCS 100 kit is kept in stock (as well as all other pieces of equipment).
iDCS 100 support contracts: We can provide iDCS 100 service agreements to all iDCS 100 customers. Our Maintenance contract is a cheap and affordable solution for any Organisation - We would certainly recommend that an iDCS 100 agreement is taken out, because should a fault occur with your PBX, then you can call upon one of our iDCS 100 trained Engineers. Our iDCS 100 Engineering Team travel throughout the United Kingdom, from as far as Northern Scotland, right down to the Isle of Wight - Distance is not a problem.
