Our installation manager is vastly experienced having been in the telecoms industry from being a teenager.  Thirteen years with BT grounded our installation manager with the basics of telecommunications and the processes of that major PTT.  He’s been the installation manager at Telephone Systems Direct since leaving British Telecom.

The installation manager’s team consists of trained technicians who roam the length and breadth of the UK keeping our customers happy with their Samsung telephony solutions, or providing wiring services (CW1308, CAT5 or CAT6).

These engineers utilise the OfficeServ Manager to aid them on installations and one could call that PC-based application their installation manager.  We ensure each site has an installation manager back-up whenever we visit so that in the event you suffered a total system failure we’d be able to get you back up and running with the minimum of down time.
