Office Serv Manager is the new software application developed by Samsung, designed keeping the Organisation and their requirements in mind. The Office Serv Manager is free and is the main configuration tool for Office Serv telephone systems. The Office Serv Managr is compatible with all Office Serv PABXs including the Office Serv 7100, the Office Serv 7200, the Office Serv 7400 and the Office Serv 7030. The Office Serv Manager is distributed with two modes, administration and supervisor. The Office Serv Manager admin option allows system managers to effectively configure the elements of the Office Serv, allowing changes such as extension station names, passwords and ring types. The supervisor selection is a little bit more complicated. Office Serv Manager is utilised during installation and maintenance of PABXs giving complete access to the whole Office Serv configuration. However, we must stress that this can be dangerous for ill equipped users. If you are unsure about any of the telephony config issues, we would recommend that you contact one of our Office Serv technicians as loss of programming could occur as well as a PABX crash. We would certainly insist that different access levels of the Office Serv Manager are created to avoid any unauthorised alterations being made to certain areas of the Office Serv. Once this has been achieved, the Office Serv Manager gives you better control and management of the office Serv communication network.
