Looking for a Samsung headset?

If you own a Samsung headset you may not be aware that the Samsung keyphones are headset compatible. This means that instead of using the handset to make/receive calls, the headset takes its place.

Which Samsung headset should I use? There are a variety of Samsung headsets to choose from but the one that we recommend has to be the Plantronics CS60 with lifter.

The Samsung headset can be worn in a choice of wearing styles making it suitable for anyone. It must be good because even our Managing Director uses one. The HL10 lifter connects to the Samsung receiver. Once a phone call comes in, you follow the simple process of pressing the button on the side of the Samsung headset. This causes the handset to lift and your conversation begins. When you have finished talking you depress the button again to lower the hand-set on the Samsung phone. All of this can be done while you are sat at your desk or walking round the room (up to 50 metres)

The cordless Samsung headset: Once you have decided that the Samsung headset is a must, please remember to program your Samsung terminal to 'headset use'.
