There are a large number of Office Serv products, which have been released by Samsung. The Korean Manufacturer decided to develop a huge range of PBXs, which would be suitable for any type of organisation.

At the lower end of the Office Serv scale, is the Office Serv 12. This Office Serv 12 model was designed to give smaller businesses the same premium communication features usually only made available to larger sites. As we progress through the Office Serv sequence, we move onto the Office Serv 7100, Office Serv 7200 and then at the top we have the Office Serv 7400.

The Office Serv 7400 is the largest of the Office Serv PBXs and serves up to 500 users. Just recently a new comms solution was distributed through the UK market in the form of theOffice Serv 7030, which has replaced the Office Serv 12.

Office Serv functionality: The Office Serv family of systems deliver a substantial amount of functions, for example, advanced data networking, VOIP (Voice over Internet protocol), IP based data communications and wireless solutions through LAN. There are numerous software applications that can be added including Office Serv Operator and Office Serv Call. The stylish Office Serv handsets that compliment the PABXs are black and silver in colour. As well as the digital keyphones, other terminals such as IP Softphones and videophones can be linked up to the Office Serv.
