Every phone installation needs to be planned carefully.  We do.  Our phone installation project manager will arrange a pre-installation meeting with you to define how to programme up the display and buttons on each extension and where each line (or DDI number) is delivered and announced.

Once the phone installation has been completed the technician will give you basic training so you know how to make and take calls.  When you’re ready our trainer will come along to provide more formal feature education and tweak the phone installation as you wish.
