The refurbished telecommunications equipment we utilise keeps out maintenance customers happy.  This refurbished telecommunications equipment will have been recovered from a site where it was suspected of being faulty.  We will have changed it out with a replacement from our current support stock and returned it for refurbishment.  Once the refurbishing centre have put it back into fully working order and made it look almost as good as new, they will return it to us.

However, we do not always use refurbished telecommunications equipment in a supporting role.  Where a product such as the 12 or 24 button keysets from the Samsung range are concerned, these are no longer available from the manufacturer as they are obsolete.  In this case we’ll take some of our refurbished telecommunications equipment to enable existing clients to replace or extend their extension phones.
