Telephone Systems Direct is a Samsung Dealer and has been for over a decade.  Not only are we a Samsung Dealer, but we are also a Platinum Partner, a status bestowed upon us due to our high customer service-levels and our responsibilities to customers.  As a Samsung Dealer it is our responsibility to ensure that we maintain high stock levels of each and every piece of Samsung equipment, such as the discontinued items (Samsung Compact and Samsung iDCS) as well as the newly released Samsung kit including Samsung OfficeServ 7100 and the Samsung OfficeServ7030.

Our role as a Samsung Dealer means that we have to deliver all aspects of service, which include Samsung maintenance, Samsung installations and Samsung training.  As a Samsung Dealer, we employ a team of engineers who are fully qualified to the highest level with Samsung.  Our Samsung Dealer agreement means that we install Samsung PABXs all over the United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland).  Maintaining Samsung networks is paramount to our business and the size of your Samsung system is not a problem.  Our Samsung trainers will also visit any site regardless of location providing an excellent training-session suitable for all of your employees.
