The Samsung DS616 is a phone system manufactured by Samsung, specifically for the American market.  The Samsung DS616 was configured to take six lines, twelve digital keysets and four analogue devices.  As well as the basic configuration, the Samsung DS616 also included an internal music on hold source and an external page interface.

The Samsung DS616 was designed and distributed throughout the United States.  In the UK, Samsung developed what we know as the Samsung DS 816, which is very similar - The only difference between this and the Samsung DS616 is the line capabilities (eight instead of 6!).
