The Samsung iDCS 18 key set is part of the “Falcon” range of terminals.

The arrangement of buttons on the Samsung iDCS 18 is three soft-function keys under the 32 character LCD display, 10 arranged horizontally in 2 rows and then eight grouped to the right of the numeric keypad.

The primary market for the Samsung iDCS 18 is the USA.  In the UK and Europe the OfficeServ 5000 series has been the terminal of choice.  However, they are making a presence and at Telephone Systems Direct, we will be happy to chat to you about the Samsung iDCS 18.
