Samsung Voice mail (SVM) is a messaging solution that delivers all the benefits of Samsung voicemail and call processing to any Organisation. Samsung Voice Mail consists of SVM400, SVMi2, SVMi4 and SVMi8. The numbers correspond to the number of ports of Samsung voice mail.

What exactly is Samsung Voice Mail? Samsung Voice Mail is a system which allows callers to leave messages in a central mailbox or in an individuals mail box, depending on the set up, should a call go unanswered. The Samsung Voice Mail enables missed calls to be retrieved, which in turn increases efficiency and customer service response. As well as Samsung Voice Mail, AA (Automated Attendant) is also provided. This function allows calls to be answered simultaneously and routes phonecalls to private extensions through the central control contact structure.

Samsung Voice Mail can be as cheap as £112.50 per port on the OfficeServ 7030. (all prices have been discounted at 25% off the recommended retail price).
