Is telecom billing an emotive subject?  It certainly is where most of our customers are concerned.  Because of this we ask them for copies of their telecom billing annually so that we can analyse the call charges and line rentals to ensure they are not paying over-the-odds for the next twelve months.

If you have BT telecom billing we suggest you send us a copy of your latest bill so we can perform the analysis for you – yes we understand that OneBill is extremely hard to decipher, but we will do it for you.  We’ll more than likely identify that you pay in excess of 2 pence per minute for local and national calls with a 2p setup fee (or minimum charge) and over 7ppm for mobiles. 

We know that we can offer telecom billing at probably 50% of those figures without any set-up fees and still charging by the second.  Add on to that a reduced line-rental billing and you’ll plainly see that there are significant savings to be had.
