Where we have organised your lines for you or have introduced you to cheaper tariffs with providers other than BT, then when you require a network telephone line repair all you should do is to ring our maintenance department to report it.  We'll identify where the telephone line repair fault is and speak to the provider to get the telephone line repair arranged.  For those customers who have made their own arrangements with their telephone line, then, unfortunately, you'll need to call them yourself for the telephone line repair unless they have advised that the faulty item is in the system.  In which case we'll attend your site.

Our Operations Manager is ex-BT so is aware of the problems that occur only too frequently requiring telephone line repair.  He will diagnose where the problem exists and either deploy one of our technicians to perform an internal telephone line repair or contact the line supplier.
