Your Samsung OfficeServ 7000 or older 100 or 500 will decide if Telephone VoIP is available rather than a normal ISDN or Analogue call. It decides if Telephone VoIP is possible within the routing algorithms programmed by the Telephone Systems Direct technician to destinations you’ve told us about.  The industry is moving towards Telephone VoIP through BT’s 21st Century Network project providing you with SIP Trunks…..really another broad-band service specifically for speech traffic, instead of data (as you would for surfing for information).
