The voice conference facility of the OfficeServ7000 series is easy to use.  You can connect five conferees in a voice conference in a matter of minutes, internal and external.

Using the CONF key and following a simple procedure you can add and delete people from the voice conference at will.

If your voice conference needs to include a group of colleagues then using a Polycom SoundStation2 model is a good way of achieving a good result.  Utilising extension microphones each individual speaker has the attention of the others.  Each microphone can be muted so you can confer in privacy while still being able to hear those at the other end of the voice conference link.
