Seriously your voice mail technician is the man to butter up when he (or she) is installing your voice mail for the first time.  There is an immense amount of work that the voice mail technician has to do identifying all your users, asking them to record their greeting, their absence message, entering their email address if you’re implementing the eMail Gateway feature (there are free licences available for you to trial it) etc.
