voicemeeting

A voicemeeting joins many people together audibly.  In most instances a voicemeeting takes place between two or more at either end of a comms link. The medium between the parties doesn’t really matter for the voicemeeting.  Providing that the voicemeeting can be conducted easily and that everyone concerned can hear the others, that’s nearly all that is important.

The voicemeeting products that we have in our on-line catalogue deal specifically with voicemeeting audio-conferencing and at Telephone Systems Direct we believe that probably the Polycom SoundStation2 has the widest acceptance for a voicemeeting solution.  This product can be connected to an analogue extension port on a PBX or key-system, a DEL (ordinary exchange line), or a GSM device.

You might also consider a voicemeeting but with added video; we have those too.  However, that’s just for information.

Even if your in-house communications system is pure IP, utilising VoIP technology, there are solutions in our portfolio for you.

So please do contact TelephoneSystemsDirect on 0800 652 8052 today so we can help you find the best way to achieve your voicemeeting.  We think we’ll have a very cost-effective offering that is, by-the-way, cheap to run.
