VoIP Phone Call

A VoIP Phone Call is a call made through the comms network of a business or over the world wide web.
The voice over internet protocol phone call can be between two IP phones, or key-phones or an ordinary phone or any combination thereof.
At some stage, the audio signal of the VoIP Phone Call is converted into IP packets which are then transmitted over a data circuit to another point where they are turned back. The users do not need to understand how the VoIP Phone Call is generated.  All they require is intelligible speech all the time. This is achieved by the voice-packets being prioritised. How is this done?  The devices in the data-network should be equipped with a feature called QOS (Quality of Service).  Our technicians are aware of the requirements to achieve a satisfactory VoIP Phone Call and can advise on your IT specification.

At Telephone Systems Direct we deal daily with the requirement of a VoIP Phone Call for our customers.  Ring us now on 0800 6528052 to discuss how we can assist.
