It is common practice for most telephones to be wall mountable.  Looking at the Euro, Falcon, 5000 and 5100 ranges of Samsung key telephones you’ll discover they can all have their stands reversed for attaching to the wall by screws through the key-holes.

Unfortunately reversing the foot doesn’t make useful wall telephones because the handset usually falls off!  You’ll find that there is a small retaining clip under the receiver that needs to be pulled out, turned round and then put back in.  There is a recess near the earpiece which mates with the hookpiece to prevent it slipping out of the correct position.
