In the United Kingdom, OfficeServ Dataview is better known as CMS (Call Management Software). The OfficeServ Dataview is compatible with the whole family of OfficeServ telephone PABXs sch as the OfficeServ 100, OfficeServ 7100, OfficeServ 7200 and the OfficeServ 7400.

Features of the OfficeServ Dataview: OfficeServ Dataview provides a host of functions including web based clients, user accounts with multiple permission levels, tracks all calls, and statistical reports which can be extracted to Microsoft Excel format. OfficeServ Dataview data can be stored in MS Access or SQL server formats. OfficeServ Dataview mointors trunks, stations, call-centre agents or auto attendant activity in real time.
