The Samsung OfficeServ Manager is a software application designed by Samsung, the Korean Manufacturer specifically for the OfficeServ range of telephone systems. The Samsung Officeserv Manager is the main configuration tool for the Samsung OfficeServ and is compatible with the OfficeServ 7100, the OfficeServ 7200, the OfficeServ 7400 and the recently launched OfficeServ 7030.
The Samsung OfficeServ Manager comes in two programming modes, supervisor and administration. The supervisory Samsung OfficeServ Manager is for more advanced users who are capable of making advanced changes giving them complete management of their OfficeServ PABX. The Samsung OfficeServ Manager admin option allows individuals to make basic amendments to their OfficeServ telephony solution such as extension name and speed dial alterations.
The main benefit of the Samsung OfficeServ Manager is the fact that it gives you the ability to manage your OfficeServ. The Samsung OfficeServ Manager is supplied free of charge and can be downloaded directly onto your PC using LAN (Local Area Network). The Samsung OfficeServ Manager was utilised with the older OfficeServ PABXs, but has now been replaced by the OfficeServ IT tool.
