What is Samsung phone manager?

Samsung Phone Manager is a software application designed and developed by Samsung, the Korean Manufacturer. The Samsung Phone Manager works with the new Samsung OfficeServe range of telephone systems, which includes the Samsung Office Serve 7100, the Samsung OfficeServ 7200, the Samsung Office-serve 7400 and finally the new Samsung OS7030.

What is the purpose of the free Samsung phone manager? The idea behind the Samsung phone manager is to turn end-users into phone managers of their phone system. The Samsung phone manager is supplied with two access levels, the administration and supervisor mode. The admin level lets you log into the Samsung phone manager and make basic changes to the Samsung phone including extension name changes and programming of the soft keys on a Keyphone (i.e. changing the speed dial numbers). The supervisory option is more complex and we would definitely recommend that only certain authorised individuals use this aspect of the Samsung phone manager. With this, Supervisors can amend more complicated areas of the Samsung phone PABX, but please beware that this is the same way that Engineers do all the amendments of the Samsung phone PBX - If an incorrect change is made, all of the Samsung phone functionalities could be lost.
