What is System Manager?

System Manager is a software application designed and developed by Samsung, the Korean Manufacturer. System Manager lets Organisations manage their telephone system effectively in different ways.

The System Manager is a free licence, but has been replaced by the IT tool, which again is a freebie! So what can System Manager do for your Organisation? The System Manager enables you to make simple alterations to your OfficeServ system such as the Officeserve 7100, the Office-serv 7200, the Office-serve 7400 or the recent OS7030, without the need to constantly contact your Telecoms provider. Easy alterations in house can be made to your Keyphones with the System Manager including extension name amendments and speed dial changes. This is done in the System Manager utilising the administration mode.

The Supervisor option is available but this does enable complete access to the system configuration and if advisors are not fully trained on the system, using the Supervisory System Manager can cause irreversable programming problems. Levels can be set up on System Manager, which allows Businesses to select a certain authorisation level avoiding unauthorised reprogramming of the system. System Manager can be purchased as PC applications or as a web based version.
